Dr. Kimble-Hill grew up on the south side of Chicago in the Morgan Park area, which many fondly call the “wild hundreds”. She earned her Masters in Engineering with an emphasis on Chemical Engineering and Project Management from University of Illinois at Chicago. She also has her PhD in Chemistry from Purdue University. Dr. Kimble-Hill has several publications in American Chemical Society Jounals and has served as a guest editor for the Journal of Chemistry Education special issue on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Respect. Furthermore, Dr. Kimble-Hill is a certified instructor and dean of Christian Education by the Sunday School Publishing Board. Over the last 15 years, she has mentored and trained over 40 students.
